You post unlimited shifts and fill them with your own people. Need extra capacity? Then Shiftgevuld looks for someone outside your own pool. Only then do you pay additional costs.
Working through Shiftgevuld costs you nothing. You see the available shifts, decide for yourself when you're available, and respond to the shifts that suit you.
Your monthly fee depends on the size of your own employee pool, never on the number of shifts you post.

Your shift starts at the minimum and rises to the maximum as the shift gets closer; you stay in control. Make your shift attractive: an attractive hourly wage increases the chance of a quick response. The sooner your shift is filled, the lower the final Shiftgevuld costs can be.
You can post unlimited shifts, so you never pay per posted shift.
Within your subscription you can:
You post the shift and let your own employees respond. If someone from your own pool fills the shift, you pay nothing extra. Even if you post 10, 100 or 1,000 shifts a month. Your monthly subscription is enough.
If nobody from your own pool is available, you make your open shift available to external employees through Shiftgevuld. You only pay additional costs when an external employee actually fills your shift through Shiftgevuld. No match? Then there are no costs. The costs are added on top of the employee's hourly rate, and before you confirm, based on the shift details, you always see exactly what the shift costs.
The cost of a shift filled by an external employee depends on how far in advance you post the shift, and rises gradually as the shift gets closer.
